Cordel is a bicycle accessory company specializing in custom designs. Founded in Madrid, Spain in 2016, we are a small young team. Cordel is passionate about cycling and takes pride in attention to product quality.

Locally designed and manufactured, we keep a close watch on the design, quality, and to details.

Shipping

• Madrid Capital:  Free pick-up in our workshop / Recogida gratuita en nuestro taller.
  

• Spain / España:  6 € and up. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped (24h business day delivery) / A partir 6 €. Se proporcionará un número de seguimiento una vez que tu pedido haya sido enviado (entrega en 24h)
  

• International / Internacional:  From 14,50 € and up.  A tracking number will be provided for international orders (24h DHL express within the EU, 10-14 day delivery outside the EU)
  

Returns

Since 2018 all Cordel items have a 18 month warranty against material or manufacturing defects. This does not include wear and tear.
 

Custom orders are final sale. If there is a defect, please contact us within 15 days and we will make it right.

You can have your bag patched or "tuned up" after the warranty period, just shoot us an email.
